Our automatic rotary table saw WKB-Uni can saw as large a spectrum of bricks as possible and is ideal for producing slip returns or other special cuts. The range of options it can be used for is impressive, as its simple one-man operation and its stable construction.
This allows sawing not just of claybrick and sand-lime brick, but also of natural brick and concrete blocks at ease.
The WKB-Uni can be equipped with an additional Z-axis. This allows a vertical cut through the bricks, e.g. for slip returns or indentations. In addition, the Z-axis configuration also increases the maximum cutting height. It makes it possible to cut two specially shaped bricks (e.g. sand-lime bricks) stacked on top of each other and thereby to double the capacity of the machine.
Using the WKB-Uni you can expand your assortment thanks to its numerous cutting options. From now on you can offer your customers brick slips, slip returns, half-thickness brickwork, half bricks (lengthwise and across), headers, indentations and even shaped bricks.
